Can’t understand what all this Jubilee hype is all over… celebrating 60 years of an unelected state figurehead. Quite simply how she has managed to sponge the benefits system for 60 years is beyond me. It would make sense if there was no government, and if she still had some power. But she doesn’t. She didn’t get involved in the banking crisis, she didn’t challenge government when they were nicking tax payers money to fund their other-other houses and designer kitchens, and she hasn’t put her foot down when it comes to pulling our country out of fighting in pointless wars to get America more oil. Better off celebrating something useful like charities, nurses, teachers and soldiers. Rant over.
